You CAN return the item back to us if:
1. The item received has Manufacturing Defect/DOA/Damage.
2. The item received has Colour Problem which is caused by us only.
You CANNOT return the item back to us if:
1. The item received has Colour Problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.
2. The item received does not fulfil customer's quality expectation.
3. The item received is not exactly the same from the picture.
4. Man-made damage is not included.
Conditions:
1. The item must not be used before.
2. The item must be returned as the condition during received.
